I have the policy and cover I want at a good price
I rang Emma Louise and she was very helpful and I got a great deal on my house insurance, but more importantly I have an emergency backup from yourselves re a leak, etc which is piece of mind

As you are registered for MyAxa your documentation had been available in your account rather than being posted in a bid to make Axa more environmentally friendly. I have now also issued these via post for your convenience, please allow 3-5 working days for these to be received.

Extremely dissapointed
Lack of communication. Had to ring about 4 times just to get a renewal letter. Then my deposit coming out 1 week later than it was meant too. Paying 2000 euro per year for this service is disgraceful.
