I'm sorry you were unhappy with your renewal price this year. I can see an online quote was completed however when this was checked there were differences between the quote and your current policy. I can see you then decided to proceed with a higher excess to lower the renewal premium. However, we were unable to allow the multiproduct discount which had been entered into the quote as you did not have a separate policy in the household with Axa.
I can see you then advised you had received a cheaper quote elsewhere however unfortunately, we are unable to match prices elsewhere and can only match online prices if all details match the same as the current policy.
Over 80% of our customers renew with us each year and we try our very best to offer them the most competitive cover and quotation. Our agents would always try and do the very best they can for you.
I can see you have since renewed your policy and I am glad that in this instance we were able to provide a premium you were happy with. We really appreciate your custom and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyalty to AXA and for renewing your policy with us.
