Good Morning,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

I apologise you were unhappy with the level of service received. I can see there was an issue with policy incepted online by yourself and the number of years cover advised at this time. Unfortunately, as we were waiting to receive this documentation a cancellation letter was issued. Once we were advised of the correct number of years cover we were able to step back the policy and apply the additional premium.

I can see this was discussed an logged under complaint ID Axa-04072118. Your annual documentation has now been issued
