Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

You took two payments and the amount of time it took for a refund

You can improve by updating your time frames on pending payments - I made a payment on the phone and two days later you took another payment this took two weeks to be refunded

Good Morning,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

I apologise you were unhappy with the delay in receiving your payment. We are unable to control this time frame as it depends on the length of time it takes for your bank to release the money to Axa, at which point, we are able to return this money to yourself via EMTS payment or cheque. This then takes 3-5 working days to be returned to you depending on bank transfer or postal time frame.

I am happy to hear, however, that we were able to rectify the situation and return your money. We really appreciate your custom and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyalty to AXA and for renewing your policy with us.
