I have checked your account and I can see your renewal was issued on the 23/10 however I will pass on your feedback to ensure both email and postal versions are issued to ensure if any issue is encountered with the postal service the renewal is still received via email.

Good price, good office location & parking, courteous staff.

Gave me a good price as a long time customer. Renewed insurance in the Axa office in Bray - much more convenient car parking than in Dún Laoghaire. Courteous Axa staff member.
