I apologise you were unhappy with the premium adjustment regarding to a vehicle change. All vehicles are grouped between 1-50 depending on the risk associated with it. This risk is based on historical claims data, the cost to repair, the ease of availability of parts and engine size to name a few. The vehicle you were changing to was the same make and model however due to other factors regarding the vehicle, it has a higher premium associated with it.

Our agents would always try their best to get you the most competitive cover and premium, however the additional premium for this vehicle would be the best price we would be able to offer this year.
