I apologise you are unhappy you have not yet received documentation. I have had a look at your policy, and as we have yet to receive the documentation requested at inception we had not yet issued any annual documentation. However, as you are eligible for MyAxa your temporary documentation had been available in your account rather than being posted in a bid to make Axa more environmentally friendly.

I can see these have now issued these via post for your convenience on the 19/02, following your phone call on the 18/02, please allow 3-5 working days for these to be received.

As soon as the requested documentation is received we will be in a position to issue your annual documents. I hope this resolves your query. We want to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing AXA for your car insurance. We really appreciate your business.
