I apologise you were unhappy you did not receive a phone call prior to your renewal. At present, we are unable to offer this service however we try our best to ensure adequate communication prior to the renewal and also offer our auto renewal service to ensure our customers are never left without insurance. I can see your renewal was generated on 15/01/18, with letters issued on 23/01, 30/01 and 07/02 regarding your renewal. I can see you then proceeded with the auto renewal service and I am delighted we have been able to provide a product at a price your were happy with.

I apologise you are unhappy you have not yet received documentation. I have had a look at your policy, and as we have yet to receive the documentation requested at inception we had not yet issued any annual documentation. However, as you are eligible for MyAxa your temporary documentation had been available in your account rather than being posted in a bid to make Axa more environmentally friendly.

I can see these have now issued these via post for your convenience on the 19/02, following your phone call on the 18/02, please allow 3-5 working days for these to be received.
