I have had a look at your policy and no money has been taken from your account with regards the new policy you incepted with Axa on 23/11 as yet with a call back booked to complete the payment process therefore I will unfortunately be unable to assist any further with your issue. If money has been taken from your account from another insurer or broker you will need to contact them directly in order to discuss this further and I hope you will be able to get this resolved as soon as possible.
