Good Afternoon Gholamai,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Unfortunately, I have listened to the call in which you discussed the premium offered and the premium of €780 was provided on the basis of 3 years no claims bonus and 3 years named driving experience. However, during the call you advised you had 3 years no claims bonus only which then affected the premium.

As advised at the time a quote would be issued via email however would show a higher premium as the discretionary credit would only be applied at inception. As you then incepted the policy online rather than with a member of staff this was finalised at the higher premium. However, I have now applied this credit to allow the agreed premium of €935.00. Your 9 monthly instalments will now be reduced to €92.00.

I hope this resolves your issue. We want to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing AXA for your car insurance. We really appreciate your business.
