Excellent service Quick and easy on insurance for car and home

I had to contact them twice to post out my policy and disc as payment was taken but no disc received

Agent was very helpful with my query

Just one complaint it seems to take a long time for to get through. When i do get an answer. It's always be effecient service.

I rang AXA number but couldn't get through. I left a message but no one rang back. Eventually a customer rep rang because I hadn't renewed .
