I am sorry you found the process of confirming no driving history difficult. I can see that after speaking to a member of staff we have been able to confirm all your history and finalise the insurance policy.

Thanks Stacie, sadly your office in Londonderry couldn't sort and it was the staff in Newry who surprisingly used their brain and simply made a phone call to my old insurers. Good staff is hard to find and more difficult to replace. Ps perhaps the Londonderry office could learn a few of the basics rather than believing everything is a computer-screen says-no-tick-box-system.!! Have a great day Mervyn
