Thank you for taking the time to share your views.  The repairs were carried out to a professional standard which sometimes may seem  a little expensive when the damage does not appear extensive at the time.  The damage was assessed by our engineer and the repairs completed by an AXA approved repairer.    Our approved garages work to high standards and guarantee the repairs which is reflected in the cost.  We tried to contact you by phone but as there we was no answer we have  written to you and hope that you are now happy with the service that we have provided.  Thank you again for bringing the matter to out attention

Unfortunately, there has been an increase in premiums across the insurance industry due to a number of reasons, including rising claims costs and high court awards. The majority of customers across all companies are seeing price increases as a result.
