I am sorry to hear of the issues you have received when dealing with our on line system. I can see from the notes that the staff in our Lisburn Branch are working with IT to resolve this issue for you.
The temporary cover note that was issued was to show cover whilst we were waiting on further documentation to finalise your account. I can see our records now show that all documents have now been received and you have also been issued with a full insurance certificate.
