I have tried to call you to discuss your feedback, unfortunately the line appears to be busy.

I am sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced when trying to make changes/updates on your policies.

I have requested that both your home and car insurance be available on your single MyAxa account.

I can only apologise for the inconvenience of the branch being closed, we do try to ensure all branches are available 9-5 Monday to Friday and 9-2 on a Saturday but unforeseen circumstances may cause a branch to be closed unexpectedly. If you would like to advise which branch was closed I can investigate the matter for you.
