I have reviewed your policy and I can see that when taking out the policy a full bonus was proposed but upon receipt of the bonus it was already in use on a different car and still active. We understand that insurance discounts and bonuses can be complex, and we’re sorry for any confusion regarding the bonus you used. In this case, since the bonus was already in use on a previous policy, it needed to be stepped back when setting up your new policy.
