Useless agents answering phones and ruining a truly wonderful company

There customer care agents are not fully conversant in English which is a huge setback - when a said individual promised unreservedly to receive a major Aviva failing and didn't Thankfully another...

Got renewal quote.. It was very dear I did an online quote which h came in at 468.71 I rang the renewal section and this figure was confirmed by member of staff I rang on Friday to make 'payment....
