Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Everything is clear to me now. However, what still matters are the terms hidden in the small print, which I want others to be aware of. Both Disney, Universal, and your help desk acknowledged that this is a known issue. Many people—especially international visitors—have had the same experience. Despite knowing about the problem, your company and its partners continue to allow it to happen without providing a proper solution. Be warned!
