Queues fairly hideous

As above - really good attraction but Universal does need to do something about the two-tier queue pass system that they have developed...

Really disappointed with this one - invariably would end up queueing in one place to be told we needed to go somewhere else to get tickets from the Freestyle pass. The bus was a bit disappointing...

Despite the rain, we had a great day. The pirate/seal/otter show was the highlight of our day!

Lots of sun loungers with umbrellas for use during mid-day. All the family thought this was the best swimming pool we went to. Would have liked more showers. Food, drink and gifts reasonable.

Staff really great, and made our day more enjoyable. Animals well cared for. Really enjoyed being able to see the surgery on the tiger in the animal care centre. Children liked the eat all day...

Would have liked a longer holiday to spend more time here! We spent several evenings here and had great meals in Margaretaville, Nas cars and a pasta/pizza resteraunt.

Staff helpfull. Lots more to do here than we were anticipating. Enjoyed the shows and live music. Good meal deal which was value for money.

Long waits for slides, very limmited number of umbrellas for shade at mid-day. Very few showers. We preferred Aquatica.

There were so many vouchers available in florida that I don't think we gained anything by using this card.

Amazing park - something for everyone - so good we made the long drive on two separate days as we couldn't fit it all in on one visit!

This was our first visit to W&W and we loved it - wish we'd had time to go more often. Well organised queues so you were in full sun for the minimum possible amount of time. A great day out! Best...

Loved all of New York and having the City Pass ensured we didn't have to queue as we entered each attraction. Thank you and we would use you again!

Fantastic rides, but the Express Pass is very expensive! Essential to get around the park but not good value as it doesn't include Harry Potter.
