We are truly sorry for the very frustrating experience you had while trying to finalise your Discovery Cove reservation through us. We completely understand how stressful it must have been to deal with the back-and-forth communication and ultimately not secure your reservation with us as hoped. As spaces are limited at Discovery Cove, these reservations are processed directly at point of sale with fully automated booking software. Regrettably, Discovery Cove had problems with their own availability system, which caused issues with any booking attempts made during that time. Although it was outwith our control, we fully appreciate that this is not the level of service you would have expected to receive.
