How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Purchase and delivery was effortless. However it was very annoying having a log in separately for each event booked instead of being able to look at all bookings under one account.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that the purchase and delivery process were effortless. We understand your frustration regarding the separate logins. Each booking is assigned its own unique booking ID by our system, which means bookings cannot currently be viewed under a single account. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly pass it on to our team for consideration.
