As outlined in the ticket description, the Dolphin Swim is designed as a small-group experience (up to 10 guests) where you have the opportunity to interact closely with a dolphin, including touching, hugging, learning more about the species, and enjoying a guided swim through the lagoon. The experience is structured to balance guest interaction with animal welfare, while still creating a memorable encounter. We’re sorry if this felt less personal than expected on the day.
