How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. While we always sympathise with our customers and want to help wherever possible, as a company we must follow the terms and conditions set by our suppliers. In your case, as the tickets had already been confirmed, the only option available was to cancel and rebook at the price available on the day. Unfortunately, we were unable to simply change the date on the existing booking. We truly regret any frustration or disappointment this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. Kind regards, Attraction Tickets Team
