I had came across a few very rude staff regarding my visit? I asked a staff member if a certain character r will be out , they said no my child should be satisfied with who is out there and not just be interested in one particular. I was also over charged for something when I questioned it person said no but I looked at bank statement and I was, asked for a refund said don’t speak English but was speaking English prior
