Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to delay customer orders where instructed and deliver on specific days. I have checked and can see that you wanted us to delay delivery until w/c 16th October and that the POD stated it was delivered on the Thursday 19th October.  We are pleased that you are happy with the quality of your Calvin armchair.
