We completely understand how disappointing and upsetting this must have been, particularly as your order was intended as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, due to the unprecedented demand for our new Body Mists, we've experienced significantly higher order volumes than anticipated, which has resulted in delays to some orders. While this doesn't lessen the disappointment, we do hope it helps explain what has happened. We've checked your order and can see that it is now with Royal Mail.
