Case was MOULDY! And after having had problems with late deliveries, this was unnacceptable. They did send us some strings for our troubles, but we're certainly not shopping with them again.

only because it was such a strange occurrence. After you reported the mouldy case, we checked every other case form that delivery (about 30 in total) & they were all fine. I do apologise that you didn’t enjoy your shopping experience. I hope you can see from our other Feefo feedback reviews, we normally get things right. Staff were excellent, having discovered the clasp on the guitar case was faulty they sent out to the warehouse to get a replacement which did take a little time but hey I can't think of a better...

Very happy with the purchase I made. The final choice was arrived at after many visits to Andertons trying out virtually every archtop in the store and the good thing is I was never pressurised or made to feel that I had to make a purchase.
