Thank you for your comments, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our payment practices. For our customers absolute security we no longer take card details over the phone. This is part of our payment agreement with our merchant services provider. For this holiday type, payment in full was required for seats to be booked as your tickets need issuing and we have to pay our suppliers immediately.
