I found it hard to get in touch with my sales representative initially, which was frustrating.
Once I was in contact I found the service very good.
Everyone was helpful and friendly.
The agent was friendly, knowledgable & Sharp.
The price was the deciding factor.
I have booked with the same travel agent for the past 10/11 years. You guys bucked that trend.
