thanks for getting in touch with us and letting us know about your experience with Alton Towers Holidays.
I am very sorry to read that you where disappointed with your short break it certainly was not our intention. Although the Alton Towers Resort is advertised as a family resort and theme park. With the spa available and other leisure facilities, many couples have enjoyed their time at the resort.
With regards to the smell I myself had not noticed this during my most recent visit last month. However, I will of course pass on your concerns about this along with your other points regarding the breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Once again we are truley sorry that on this occasion the Alton Towers Resort fell below your expectations and we would love to welcome you back again in the near future.
