Booking frustration
Difficult to book 2 rooms for slightly different days. Phoned to book but still had to make 2 completely separate bookings and payments. Same as web site. I thought the phone call would be easier....

Very informative and helpful
Telephone booking was great. I was taken through lots of options; dates, prices and packages. I was able to book new restaurant and Secret Garden restaurant too. Very helpful staff!!
