Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The plates came just in a plastic bag, with no protection, i think that they should have been delivered in a recyclable box

I do know that we are removing bubble wrap from boxes we are supplied with to reduce our use of plastic, and we usually do send out products in recyclable boxes as you've mentioned.
