Many thanks for your continued patronage of my webshop and for taking the time to leave feedback about my products. I always use a tracked and insured carrier for all parcels that are sent overseas from the UK. This does cost a little more than standard airmail postage costs but it does add extra peace of mind for all concerned. My elastic back corduroy shorts are not supplied with belt loops but they are an option that can be selected at the time of purchase. Not all who purchase my elastic back shorts require belt loops so this system allows those who do want them to have them added. Thanks again and speak soon. Andy Hall

I am so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase from 'Albert Prendergast'. I have sold a considerable number of these gymslips and this is the first quality issue I have ever encountered. All of my products are British made from the finest wool worsted fabric so I am genuinely surprised by your comments. As per my terms and conditions I would have been more than happy to have you return the product and then offer you a full refund.
