I always quote the sizes as supplied by our UK manufacturers. I have sold a large number of these skirts and this is the first time I have encountered a problem regarding size. I have always offered a full money back guarantee and an option to exchange for those of a different size. If you want to discuss a refund or an exchange, then please give me a call on the number included with your paperwork.
