Tim, sorry we were slow off the block with a static IP address for you. As you know, this is a new network and the standard processes we use for actions like providing customers wit staic IPs take a little time to bed in and bring all the necessary staff up speed on. Pleased the service it meeting matching your perception of what a 1Gbps service should offer.

Thanks Gordon, I will say that the service was working perfectly from day one, it's solely the static IP that took a while to sort and the support staff kept me updated through the process.
