Hello Ms. McAndrew. As you are a first time traveller with Adventures Abroad, we are admittedly distressed to hear that you did not enjoy your tour with us. We strive to make the information on our site and in our pre-tour information to be as accurate as possible so that you know what to expect. On many of our tours we aim to stay in accommodations that are considered to be more “traditional” rather than the international brand of hotels to provide a more local experience and, in many cases, for locations closer to the heart of the action. Hello Ms. Michaels. Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for any confusion. The last correspondence you had with our team did not indicate that you had wished to cancel the tour. Our team informed you that we had not yet guaranteed the tour you signed up for and that if it was cancelled you would receive your full deposit back. If the tour is guaranteed and you did not want to proceed with the tour, then you could transfer your deposit to another tour for a $100 fee. We are currently in the process of determining if we can run the original tour you signed up for and will be back to you soon on this. It is best to contact us at Sales@adventures-abroad.com to communicate with us directly rather than on Feefo.
