It was so very very long online. Just to book. Then around lunchtime activate phoned to say my son was the oldest. I work full time and managed to call back around 3.30pm. No one answered. C

User friendly system with handy map and filtering menu so that I could find what I wanted.

Booking experience was fine - lots of necessary questions so took a while but nothing out of the ordinary.

The customer service is excellent.

Fairly easy to book several camps in one booking. A shame that the second parent cannot be selected as emergency contact but other than that, the experience of booking Activate was pretty easy.

Easy to book, register and offered early drop off and late collection which really helped. The standard of cricket on the day wasn’t the highest and they didn’t play hard ball which was a shame. For h
