Good morning Jignesh - I hope you are well and I'm sorry that it appears that you have had issues with booking through Bright Horizons, could I please ask that you take this up with them. We, as an organisation will action any booking requests that come through immediately within working hours, once the booking is logged onto our system, an email confirm is sent directly through to yourselves as the Parent.
