ABC Boat Hire Reviews

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed cruising the beautiful canal aboard Whites Thrush from Blackwater Meadow Marina. The Llangollen Canal has some fantastic scenery and plenty of welcoming waterside pubs to discover, so we’re pleased you made the most of the route and found some great places to stop along the way. We hope to welcome you back for another canal adventure soon. ABC Boat Hire

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Firstly, I would like to offer our sincere apologies that your recent holiday aboard Goose did not meet the standards you have come to expect from ABC Boat Hire. As a valued customer who has cruised with us for many years, we are particularly disappointed to learn that we let you down on this occasion. While we are pleased to hear that you found our Hilperton team friendly and welcoming and that you enjoyed your cruise to Bath, we fully acknowledge the cleanliness and maintenance issues you experienced onboard. The points you have raised regarding the condition of the boat, housekeeping standards and onboard equipment fall well below the standards we aim to deliver to all of our guests. Your comments have been reviewed in detail by the marina management team, and we are already reviewing our turnaround inspection processes to help ensure issues of this nature are identified and addressed before future departures. We can also confirm that further interior improvement works are planned for the boat during the upcoming winter maintenance programme. A member of our team has written to you directly regarding your feedback. We genuinely appreciate your honesty, as it helps us improve, and we hope we will have the opportunity to restore your confidence in ABC Boat Hire on a future holiday. ABC Boat Hire
