ABC Boat Hire Reviews

Thank you for for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the low water levels affected your holiday and that you were unable to complete your planned journey from our March Marina. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, water levels and navigational restrictions are outside of our control. The exceptionally good summer weather resulted in low water levels affecting parts of the canal and River Nene, unfortunately preventing you from completing your planned route. We appreciate that this was disappointing and understand your frustration that your holiday was cut short. Following your holiday, our Customer Service Department sent you a letter regarding your booking, setting out the outcome of your complaint and our position on the circumstances surrounding your shortened trip. We are sorry that these circumstances affected your enjoyment of your holiday. We do hope that, despite this experience, we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to ABC for your next adventure. ABC Boat Hire
