Had this been mentioned at check-in or during your trip, our marina team would have been more than happy to provide extra towels for you and your crew. The onboard TV has been checked and is in full working order. However, due to the remote nature of the canal, signal reception can vary significantly depending on your location along the route—something that is, unfortunately, beyond our control in certain areas. We’re pleased to welcome pets aboard our boats, and we take cleanliness very seriously. All boats are thoroughly cleaned between hires, but we’re sorry to hear that a pet odour affected your experience. Had this been brought to our attention during your holiday, our team would have been happy to attend the boat canalside or arrange a transfer to another boat if available. Your comments have been shared directly with our housekeeping team to reinforce our standards across the fleet. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
