Calls and email where igored Nothing got chased it was always a case of it will all happen in its own time Sales people came to house smoking Did not get asking price but still charged full comis ion

Would never use them again, or recommend them.
Be more honest about extra charges for photos, I felt talked in to this. They could also work harder at liaising with buyers to get feedback, and to make a sale - we ended up coming to an agreement...
