Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Never received confirmation of insurance, will be cancelling policy due to

Never received confirmation of insurance via ie-mail and could not contact company as it was a weekend. Had to take out another insurance with different company,

I am so sorry to hear that you did not receive your documents by email. Our confirmation documents are usually issued automatically within an hour of a policy being purchased, so I am sorry that you did not received these and we have missed the mark on this occasion. I can see that you have chosen to take a policy elsewhere in the meantime, however should you be looking again in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will of course look into your comments to ensure that we get to the bottom of why the documents did not generate immediately and ensure that this does not happen again, so thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
