Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very poor service......

On completing the forms and Bank mandate I have only received two emails. Both were to rate my experience on the process hence the one star. Clearly a fault at thier end. I will give it 4wks then...

Purchased pet insurance through Compare the market. Process really easy and intuitive; cover looks good, and price is reasonable. I can only rate the service, once I need to claim. That is when...
