Thanks Martin. I rang up to advise I had not received the documents and to request they be sent to me which is the 2nd issue of the email confirmation you refer to. These arrived by email without any issue while I was still on the phone with one of your advisors. Before I took out insurance with yourselves I had checked reviews and I noticed a few reviewers had mentioned not receiving their documents so I was prepared for this. I have also received the documents you emailed today, so I have everything I need. Many thanks Catherine
