Very very slow delivery. Took nearly two weeks from dispatch to eventually arriving. Customer service were good and sent a replacement next day via courier.
If you advertise a service 1-3 days delivery then that should happens. 7 days later, the parcel has still not arrived.

Please accept my apologies that you have experienced issues with receiving your order.
I can see from the tracking information on your order that it was unfortunately subject to a short delay during the adverse weather conditions between the 6/03/18 and 7/03/18.
Once this had been resolved, your order was rescheduled for delivery and was delivered on the 8/03/18 at 11:38am to a mailbox with the address details of LENNOXTOWN, GB.
If you are unable to retrieve your parcel using this information, then please contact our customer services department who will be able to assist you further.

As you have confirmed, your order was unfortunately delayed due to the bad weather that was experienced at the time. I can confirm that we did have a notice available on our website that informed customers that there may be possible delays due to the weather.
I ordered stamps online because I thought it would be quicker than trying to get to a post office. Little did I know that for £3 postage charge they would send them second class and they took a full...

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with your delivery method.
We do state on our delivery information page that our standard Royal Mail delivery offers a 3-5 working day time frame for orders to be delivered. We do offer a next working day delivery service that is available for orders that need to be received quicker that is also tracked and signed for.

Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with the delivery charge on your order and with the tracking option available with our Royal Mail Standard delivery service.
To explain why these charges are in place, all products ordered from our Online shop have to be picked, packed and sent by a carrier.
Post Office incurs costs from the warehouse and the carriers it uses, including for Royal Mail’s delivery services (Royal Mail is is a completely separate company from Post Office).
There are very small profit margins for any retailer (including Post Office) selling stamps and collectible products, and therefore a delivery charge is made so that selling and sending items from online orders is not a loss-making area for Post Office.
Regarding the ability to track the location your order once it has been placed with us, we do offer a Next Working Day Delivery option which is delivered via courier and includes the ability to track your order during the delivery process.
