Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with your order.
I have passed your comments regarding incorrect specifications listed for the affected item onto our website content team so that this can be updated and corrected accordingly.
We do try to offer an alternative product when errors such as these can occur, but on this occasion, it unfortunately wasn't possible due to stock availability.
Due to this, we have authorised and processed a refund for your order with the credit reference number 1737976.
We have also now issued you with a refund on your delivery charges.
Please note that it can take 3 - 5 working days in order for these funds to appear in your bank or building society account.

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you did not receive your order when expected.
I have looked into the tracking information for your order and unfortunately it would seem that there was an error with our courier that resulted in the delay you experienced. To try and make up for this we have refunded your delivery charges on query 5396542 on 15/03/2018. Please note that this could have taken up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your bank or building society account.
