Sorry to hear the ring is not as hoped for. Your ring is a size J and is fully returnable and you are still within the 30 days (until 19th June 2011). You are right it did take that long, it shouldn't have and I am sorry about that. We sold a lot of these rings over the Christmas period and it took a lot longer for us to get new stock made than was planned. It looks like we weren't very good at passing this information onto you.....this is not like us and is the bit that hurts the most! I am glad that we got there in the end and that you love the ring.
