Ποιος μπορεί να αφήσει μια κριτική στη Feefo;

Μόνο οι πελάτες με απόδειξη αγοράς μπορούν να αφήσουν μια κριτική στη Feefo. Το εξασφαλίζουμε αυτό επικοινωνώντας με τους αγοραστές αμέσως μετά τη συναλλαγή τους.

Πώς επαληθεύουμε τις κριτικές;

Ελέγχουμε αν οι κριτικές προέρχονται από πραγματικούς πελάτες, αντιστοιχίζοντάς τες με μια πώληση ή συναλλαγή. Οι πελάτες καλούνται να αφήσουν μια κριτική μόνο αφού αγοράσουν από την επιχείρηση.

Πώς αντιμετωπίζουμε τις ψεύτικες κριτικές;

Η Feefo αποτρέπει τους χρήστες από την υποβολή ψεύτικων κριτικών, καθώς καλούμε μόνο εξακριβωμένους αγοραστές να υποβάλουν σχόλια.

It looks like the Easter holidays got the better of us, it shouldn't happen and I hate blaming holiday periods but it does make things a little difficult. The earrings you ordered had to be made for you, we thought it would take 10 days and ended up being 14 days, I am very sorry about that, this really is a rarity.
