Hi, thank you very much for your feedback regarding the recent order you made with us. I apologise greatly that we have managed to upset you and can assure you that was not our intentions. Unfortunately, sometimes we can get very busy with the amount of emails we receive, particularly over the weekends as we aren't open then. However, we always aim to reply to all customers within 24 hours of contact to ensure that we are giving the best possible service that we can. In any case we sadly aren't able to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed and this is stated in our delivery and returns policies online. We would never want our customers to feel stuck with a product they aren't happy with, so if you would like an exchange or refund for the trousers we will be happy to process this for you. If you need any further help with this at all please don't hesitate to contact us at customerservice@sunspel.com
